My art teacher one day had us all take pictures, and then with oil paint, make portraits of ourselves. This was definitely when I realized I was awful at painting people and should stick with nature. Even though its awful, it shows my progress of how I found my impressionistic style, which is something I can do well. Thanks Mr. B for making us paint these absoutely lovely paintings!

There is certainly an air of passion that surrounds `Nico1 with regard to his love for art.
